All audio, artwork and materials are accepted on the understanding that the client holds all necessary rights, licences and permissions. The Roots Merchant Ltd provides technical services only and does not verify copyright ownership. The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless The Roots Merchant Ltd from any claims, damages, losses or legal costs arising from the use of supplied materials.

Files are checked during preparation; however, any issues requiring correction must be raised prior to production. Once masters or production files have been approved by the client, The Roots Merchant Ltd accepts no liability for faults, errors, or any associated manufacturing or production costs discovered afterwards.

Orders shipped outside the UK are zero rated for UK VAT. Any import duty, tax or customs charges are determined by the destination country's customs on arrival and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
